First Liberty national is dedicated to assisting in the detection of money laundering and terrorist financing activities. At First Liberty National, we strive to comply with regulatory obligations without inconveniencing you, our client.

Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing have been recognized globally as a serious threat to National Security and the financial industry. First Liberty National created a comprehensive Compliance Program to ensure the protection of our Nation and business from the threats posed by both Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. We have appointed an Anti-Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Officer and, a compliance staff to implement and execute our compliance program.

Compliance Programs that the Federal Government addresses are the requirements of the US Bank Secrecy Act, The US PATRIOT Act
and other federal laws.

In accordance with the law, First Liberty National may be required to collect information from our clients during the course of a transaction. As part of regulatory obligations, we reserve the right to request and verify identification and other information for any transaction regardless of the type of transaction or specific amount exchanged.

First Liberty National has been registered with the Federal Government as a (MSB) Money Service Business since 2005.

The privacy of your personal information is important, and we will only request information that is necessary. Any personal information you provide is used solely to identify you as the client and process a transaction. It will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes other than those set out by Federal Law.
