  • How long does it take to receive my order?It could take as much as 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. All packages are shipped via US Mail unless indicated by buyer.
  • What is your return policy?You have 10 days to send back your order if you are not completely satisfied. However, there is no refund on Bullion Transactions. If you would like to use another carrier for you package, please call 1-800-331-2338.
  • Credit Card Transactions?We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express on all coins. However, bullion transactions such as Krugerrand, Maple Leafs, and other bullion products, there is no 10 Day guarantee. Call -1. 800.331.2338 for more information.
  • Who certifies our coins?The only two companies we use are NGC and PCGS.
  • What kind of condition are your coins in?All coins listed on the website should indicate the grade that each one represents. If you have any further questions about coins not listed please give us a call. All uncirculated coins are guaranteed to be in Mint State 68 or better. However, older (pre-1986) coins, we cannot guarantee the grade on “raw” coins.
  • Do we buy collections?Yes we do. If you send us a collection, you must send it registered US mail.
  • Can I use my credit card? Yes, First Liberty National has been in business since 1995 and is one of the largest distributors of coins and currency in the United States. If you are using a credit card,we can only ship to the billing address your credit card statement is sent to. Bank wires, checks, money orders, etc. can be shipped to the location you want.
  • How do I know that the bills are are Authentic?The currency contains the most sophisticated anti-counterfeiting features in history including: Watermarks, embedded metallic strips, metallic ink, writing that is only visible under ultra violet light, raised lettering, a safety strip, a color changing symbol. We are the only company that will send you a security features form to identify the locations of the features.
  • Where are you located?We are located in Texas. We are by appointment only. You must call in at least 24hrs in advance to schedule an appointment.
  • What other types of payment do you accept?We accept personal checks (10 day clearing), bank wire. We can only accept US Postal Money orders – No Western Union money orders, etc. Please call 1-800-331-2338 for wiring instructions.
  • When will I receive my Dinar?Orders are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of funds. We will ship it through any carrier you wish (Federal Express, Ups, etc.). Most orders are sent through the US Postal Service – signature required on delivery. For faster service call 1-800-331-2338.

  • In the event that the Dinar goes up in value – where could I remit the currency?Iraq is a foreign country and the Dinar is a foreign currency. There is no guarantee as to what will happen in the future with this currency.
  • What is the denomination of the currency?Most bills are in $25,000 denomination although we occasionally get $10,000 denomination bills.
  • Are the bills new/uncirculated?Many of the bills are new/uncirculated but unfortunately we cannot guarantee it.
